Created and managed Pura’s UX Team, which was responsible for all user experience related work, including Pura’s app that controlled their smart home and car devices, as well as their retail DTC experience. Under my direction, the UX team’s quality, performance, and impact increased resulting in record breaking annual recurring revenue.
